Test Development Engineer
Experience Level: 3-10 years

Required Demonstrated Abilities:

Demonstrated proficiency in any object oriented programming and Scripting (C, C++, Perl, TCL) for troubleshooting, debugging and Script development.

Proven in-depth Expertise in testing VoIP(SIP or Skinny) and/or Security products for Enterprise Networks.

Strong skills in TCP/IP, Networking and Routing protocols.
Essential Skills and Experience:
-
Proven ability to work in a Linux (or Unix) environments with detailed knowledge of scripting, and experience with open source tools

Expertise in SSL, TLS, Crypto will be a big plus

Expertise in Testing SBC/VOIP ALG is a big plus

Expertise in using Call generators like Empirix, SPT, Ixia, Abacus etc is a big plus.

Outstanding problem solving ability

Must be an independent worker (self-motivated & self-learner);

Candidate must be able to communicate technical ideas in a clear and unambiguous manner to other technical (and possibly non-technical) personnel.
