VOIP IOT Engineer

Required Demonstrated Abilities:

• Strong practical knowledge of Configuring OCS and/or Avaya servers in to Enterprise Network Scenario as per testing needs.
• Proven in-depth Expertise in testing VoIP(SIP or Skinny) and/or Security products for Enterprise Networks.
• Experience in Product testing from various angles like functionality, capacity and usability.
• Strong Proven Expertise in VOIP Interop Testing.
• Strong skills in TCP/IP, Networking and Routing protocols.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to work in a Linux (or Unix) environments with detailed knowledge of scripting, and experience with open source tools         
• Expertise in SSL, TLS, Crypto will be a big plus
• Performance testing Experience will be a big plus
• Expertise in Testing SBC/VOIP ALG is a big plus
• Expertise in using Call generators like Empirix, SPT, Ixia, Abacus etc is a big plus.
• Outstanding problem solving ability
• Automation Skillset using scripting languages like TCL, Perl, Python etc will be big plus
• Must be an independent worker (self-motivated & self-learner);
• Candidate must be able to communicate technical ideas in a clear and unambiguous manner to other technical (and possibly non-technical) personnel.
