Richardson, TX, February 12, 2008 – Sipera Systems, the leader in comprehensive VoIP/UC security solutions, today announced that John Lochow has joined Sipera as president and chief executive officer (CEO). Lochow brings significant experience leading both large and small companies with technology solutions for enterprises and service providers.
