Sipera and Cross Telecom Provide Solution for Fully Secure SIP Trunks and Comprehensive Privacy and Security for Mission-Critical Call Center Communications

•  Routing of calls to distributed call centers provides low-cost, highly flexible and efficient outsourced call center services. 

The added security assists Scicom clients with adhering to specialized security requirements, such as PCI DSS (credit cards), HIPAA (healthcare privacy), GLBA (consumer data protection), FERPA (student record privacy) and others.
